1. Definitions & Acceptance of Terms

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below:

2. Registration & Account Management

Registering a mu888 account is free and open to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Having a valid and active Malaysian phone number to receive OTP verification during registration.
• Has never had an account on mu888 previously terminated or suspended for a breach of terms.

You are fully responsible for:

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses at mu888 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable cash. The wagering rate is clearly stated for each promotion (e.g., 10x means you must wager the bonus amount ten times).
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have a stated validity period. Bonuses that go unused or wagering requirements that are not met within the validity period will expire automatically.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each member is entitled to each bonus once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts will result in the termination of all associated accounts.

5. Sports Betting Rules

This section sets out the specific rules applicable to all Sports Betting on mu888, including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, NBA basketball, e-sports, and all other sports available on the platform.

5.1 Bet Placement & Acceptance

• A bet is only valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by the mu888 system. Successfully placed bets will display a unique reference number on your bet slip.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply. Any change in odds after a bet has been accepted will not affect that confirmed bet.
• Mu888 reserves the right to refuse or void any bet that exceeds the established maximum limit, or any bet placed after an event has already begun.

5.2 Bet Settlement

• All bets are settled based on the official results announced by the relevant tournament or governing body.
• If a football, badminton, or other sporting event is not completed within 12 hours of its scheduled start time (due to weather, technical disruption, or any other reason), all related bets will be voided and stakes returned in full to the member's account balance.
• For in-play bets where the market had already closed before the disruption occurred, settlement is subject to the specific market terms stated at the time the bet was placed.
• Significant odds publishing errors (such as clearly incorrect odds caused by a technical fault) entitle mu888 to void the affected bets and refund the stake.

5.3 In-Play Betting & Cash Out

• In-play betting on mu888 is subject to market availability during a match. mu888 reserves the right to close or suspend in-play markets at any time based on match conditions.
• The Cash Out feature allows members to close an active bet before a match ends. The Cash Out value is calculated dynamically and may differ from the expected value. Cash Out is not available on all markets and matches.
• Mu888 reserves the right to suspend or disable the Cash Out function if technical issues or market instability affect the reliability of the displayed value.

6. Casino, Slots & Live Games

The following rules apply to all casino games, slots, and live casino titles available on the mu888 platform, including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and all slot titles from third-party providers.

• Game Results Are Final: The outcome of all casino and slot games on mu888 is final and cannot be disputed unless there is documented evidence of a technical failure.
• Connection Interruption: mu888 is not liable for losses caused by internet connection disruptions on the member's end during a game session. It is the member's responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection before starting any betting session.
• RTP & House Edge: All slot games on mu888 have a Return to Player (RTP) set by the provider and displayed within the game information. mu888 does not modify the RTP values established by licensed game providers.
• Betting Limits: Each casino game has set minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed before the game session begins.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud the betting system, manipulate odds, exploit software bugs, or use insider information to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any other automated method to place bets without direct human involvement is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk exposure (such as hedging across opposing markets), is considered bonus abuse.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your mu888 account, or using someone else's account to place bets, is strictly prohibited.
• Harmful Content: Sending abusive, threatening, or obscene content through mu888's live chat or support email is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

Mu888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violating any term set out in this Terms & Conditions document.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal activity linked to the account.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through the responsible gambling management tools.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no deposits, bets, or login activity.

If your account is terminated due to a breach of terms, mu888 reserves the right to forfeit all outstanding bonus balances that have not yet met the required conditions. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to a member's breach (such as a self-requested self-exclusion), any real cash balance in the account will be returned to the member in accordance with the established procedures.

9. mu888 Liability Limits

Mu888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Internet service disruptions caused by the member's Internet Service Provider (ISP) or damage to the member's personal device.
• Bet outcomes that did not favour the member in situations where the platform was operating correctly.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions voluntarily made by the member.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account resulting from the member's own negligence in safeguarding their password.
• Temporary service disruptions caused by scheduled system maintenance, external cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

Mu888's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Mu888 reserves the right to update, amend, or add to any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, mu888 will:

• Posting a notice on the mu888 platform homepage at least 7 days before the amendments take effect.
• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
• Sending notifications to active members via their registered email address (where applicable).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
